Maintenance facilities available comprise of a Quick Service automobile Clinic; Main Workshop for passenger and commercial vehicles; Workshop for Trucks and for small and medium size earth-moving equipment; engine/component rebuilding shop; customer-care centre, etc. Tanink undertakes repairs at site for the products used in the mining and quarry industry, however, component rebuilding, cylinder resealing, etc, are undertaken at the main workshop in Tema.

Tanink’s workshops are fully equipped with tools (including special tools) for specific operations; hoisting machines; concrete ramps; electronic diagnostic machine to test all minor and major works including engine and transmission; rebuild electrical components overhaul and repair; battery charging equipment, air conditioning repairs, etc. Tanink also undertakes welding and panel beating, spraying jobs and upholstery manufacturing and repairs.

Tanink has in place service vehicles for distribution of spare parts and emergency on-site repair works and general services.

All workshop technicians and managers receive regular training abroad on the respective equipment. In line with its aim of achieving excellence, Tanink Gh Ltd. has over the years invested in the training of its personnel in The Netherlands, France, Italy, South Africa and Germany.

Tanink Ghana Ltd also has facilities for training of Technicians and operators of equipment. Frequent visits are also made by Technical personnel of the various dealerships represented, for upgrade training of the workshop personnel, and where necessary, to assist on specific repairs and modifications on equipment.
 

Quality Spare Parts
Tanink’s services for supplies of spare parts and maintenance are second to none. Spares are stocked locally, and in some cases at the customer’s work/operational sites. A large spare parts store, with a large stock of all essential spare parts is in place for its in-house Workshops and for sale to cash customers, at the premises of Tanink Gh. Ltd.
